How Do You Beat Treadmill Boredom?

  2. Occupy your mind while you work your body! What type of music invigorates you? Grab your ipod and a set of headphones and get in the groove with music. If you are so inclined, create a treadmill specific music mix.

  3. Television
  4. Do you like to watch television? Treadmills provide a great time for catching up on the shows you miss throughout the week. If you choose to workout at a gym, you can plug headphones right into your treadmill and choose television or music.

  5. Interval Training
  6. Interval training is a terrific way to beat boredom and kick up your workout. When doing interval training, your focus is on altering the speed and incline throughout your workout. This pumps up your heart rate and keeps you motivated.
