"Seated Bicep Curl"

Ready to pump up your biceps? Terrific! The seated bicep curl is a classic bicep exercise that sculpts sexy arms!

Make the most of your workout, choose a dumbbell weight that challenges you to finish those last few reps!

Let's start!

"Work Through That Burn, Strengthen Your Biceps and Get Sexy Arms!

  • If you are a beginner, choose a chair, weight bench, or other stable surface to sit on. If you are at the intermediate or advanced level, choose a stability ball to sit on and further challenge your core!

  • Grab your weights and plant your feet on the floor about hip's width apart.

  • Pull your shoulder blades back and down, now hold them there.

  • Pull your belly button toward your spine, hold.

  • Inhale.

  • Exhale, and using your biceps, bring your wrist to about chest height.

  • Lower your weight back to your starting position.

  • Control the weight throughout the entire repetition.


Complete 2 to 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions.
