Get Ready To Rip Up Your Pecs With Push Ups!

  1. Begin face down on the floor or a yoga mat.

  2. Place your hands on the floor. Line up your hands with your chest. Your elbows will be at a 90 degree angle.

  3. Turn your toes under.

  4. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and hold.

  5. Hold yourself up on your toes and hands. Back is straight, hips, shoulders, and feet are in line.

  6. Inhale. Exhale and push up using your chest muscles.

  7. Inhale and come down to your starting position using your back muscles to control yourself and come down slowly.

    Complete 2 to 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions each.
