Arms should be worked at least once a week, at most twice. Our clear, concise instructions show you how to fit these workouts in and get the most out of them.

Since the arms are used in all upper body movements, it's important to keep them strong. Isolating the arms once a week will get you to your fitness goals.

Combining proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and strength training is the only way to achieve this.

Biceps and triceps do NOT have to be worked on the same day, but they DO need to be worked at least once a week!
