Hi, my name is Amy Lewis.

As a personal trainer and mother of two, I wanted to find a way to help people achieve their fitness goals while raising my young children.

Although I love being a personal trainer and family life, I longed for a way to reach out, share my passion for fitness, and help people realize their own fitness goals on a larger scale.

"I began to brainstorm for ways to offer something to people while being home with my family."

After much deliberation, I decided that my passion for exercise, fitness, and overall health issues was something that many people share, and struggle with.

My goals?

  • To help people reach their fitness goals no matter their lifestyle, fitness levels, or age
  • Make it simple
  • Take the confusion out of workouts

My training and certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) provides me with an exercise science based approach to fitness.

Working with our bodies for long term success is possible when we understand how the body works.

Continuing education and certifications in Group Fitness keep me on top of current trends so you don't have to.

I've done the research for you! All of my workouts and the information on this site are based in what works, getting you the results you want.

To further my knowledge I became a certified massage therapist through a program at Healing Hands Institute. When my son was born, I embarked on several massage curriculum writing projects. This allowed me to continue my quest for information and work from home with my baby boy at my side.

Prior to becoming a mom, I couldn't understand how difficult it was to find the time to workout. My clients and I worked together to create workout plans that fit their lifestyles.

I was inspired by countless women, with families, whose commitment and dedication to their health and well being brought them success.

I wanted to offer all women, and their families, guidance in planning a workout schedule and fitting it in at home or the gym, something that they could stick with and reach their goals.

As a new mom, I struggled with fitting my workouts in. I've finally figured out what it takes to achieve my fitness, health, and weight loss goals, and maintain them.

On this site I strive to share the best free workout plans you can find with guidance on creating a plan for your health and fitness goals, and of course help you fit it in to your already busy schedule.

My information is research based. No more guessing and wondering how to reach your goals safely. No more gimmicks or tricks. I give you straight up information so you can focus on getting the sexy body you deserve!
