Is an abdominal exercise machine right for you?

Have you decided that the answer to your midsection goals is to purchase an abdominal exercise machine?

Before you make your wallet thinner, read on!

This is one piece of equipment you just don't need! If you're wondering if you read that correctly, the answer is yes.

In fact, all you need to work your abs is a little bit of space and a lot of motivation on your part! That's it!

Some of us just love exercise equipment, have the budget for it and are determined to own it. For your convenience we plan on reviewing several of these machines.

We will include abdominal specific equipment as well as machines that can work your whole body therefore making your investment more of a total body investment.

Included in our review plans are ab straps, hanging ab straps and ab slings, abdominal boards, abdominal crunch machines, ab slides and ab wheels.

We will then move on to total body machines like the Bowflex, Total Gym. Check back often, we constantly update the site.

I would love to have a home gym, but with limited space and two little ones, I have to find space as well as time to fit workouts in.

I stick with my exercise ball workout, dumbbell workouts, and cardiovascular workouts. You will be amazed at what you can achieve without a large investment.

Basically an exercise ball, dumbbells, and a yoga mat could be your abdominal exercise machine. That is all I use.
